And undoubtedly this firm is determined to go ahead with this slogan. Radio Bhumi 92.8 FM is the first private FM radio station in the country who broadcast Bengali song only. Radio Bhumi is an independent media (Radio Broadcasting and Production House) providing special services in the specific field. The organization has developed a unique production house with modern audio equipment with latest facilities. In the last few years, this organization has produced various social and commercial works including educational, entertainment, documentaries, motivational, sports commentary etc. It is a subsidiary of the Impress Group, and a sister concern to the Channel i television network. The station began transmission on 30 September 2012.

Mr. Faridur Reza Sagar is an eminent media personal been working in this field for the last 25 years with a wide range of experience. As an innovator, he innovated and organized different motivational programs for Bangladesh Television, Ekushey channel, other satellite channels, and Channel i. His creative ideas have contributed to the development of a mass awareness program. Mr. Faridur Reza Sagar is the Chairman of Radio Bhumi.He has achieved National Award "Ekushey Padak" for his contribution.

Mr. Shykh Seraj is long associated with electronic media for the last 25 years. He is the person who has popularized different agriculture products to the mass people by presenting the program ‘Mati-o-Manush’ through Bangladesh Television. He was able to motivate people of all disciplines to accept modern inventions for economic and social benefit. Presently he is producing different programs on electronic media for Bangladesh Television, Ekushey Television and Satellite Channel, Channel i.For his contribution in the agriculture sector, he received the international award 'Ashoka Fellow' and national awards 'Ekushey Padak & Shwadhinata Padak'. He also received national awards for his contribution to social activities.

Shams Ibne Obaid is popularly known as Shams Suman in the Media sector. He is a well-known media personality. He has worked and still working for various Television Dramas, Serials, and Films.He has been working for Bangladesh Betar and other FM private for the last 45 years. He is also a well-known Radio Personality in the Radio sector.Radio Bhumi is the only private radio station in Bangladesh that introduces Bengali Commentary and Shams Suman gave his utmost efforts to establish this sector.He has achieved National Award for his contribution to the Bengali film Swapnapuran as an actor in 2009.
